The Director of Growth position is a product-and-marketing oriented position responsible for sourcing prospective customers and creating conversions from web visitors to leads in methinks web funnel. This hire has expertise in media buying, site flow testing and visitor-to-lead funnel management. This is not a position for non-technical customer acquisition marketers, nor is it a position for web product managers. This position requires technical mastery over web analytics and instrumentation, along with a scientific approach to the testing web property CX elements, and a collaborative creative approach to copy, design and imagery. This position handles full customer lifecycle growth, inclusive of repeat-customer growth. This position is for problem solvers, not problem identifiers.
